All travelers are required to possess a valid passport for international travel. Many countries mandate that passports have a minimum validity of six months from the return date. Additionally, some countries require passports to be machine-readable. When assisting with international travel bookings, we assume all travelers hold valid Indian passports unless specified otherwise. It is your responsibility to ensure you possess the necessary passports, visas, and re-entry permits that meet immigration and governmental requirements, unless you have opted for our visa, passport, and permit services. Any fines, penalties, or costs incurred due to failure to comply with these requirements are solely your responsibility, unless attributable to our error. For more information on visa, passport, and travel document requirements, please contact your Travel Manager.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade strongly encourages obtaining travel insurance for all international travel.
