Children’s Data
OneUs Travels is a business-to-business service designed and intended for use solely by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not target our services towards children, nor do we authorize individuals under 18 years of age to create a OneUs Travels account or directly request our services.
In exceptional circumstances, users traveling with children may provide personal data of those minors to utilize our services. This is permitted only when necessary for the provision of services. For children under 14, the authorized adult must have legal permission to consent on behalf of the child. For children between 14 and 18, the authorized adult must obtain and provide proof of the child's consent.
Privacy and Security
OneUs Travels is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your Personal Information. However, we cannot be held responsible for any violations or misuse of your Personal Information by unauthorized persons due to the misuse of the internet environment. We expect the same level of data privacy and protection from our vendors and service providers, governed through confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information outside our environment.
We do not sell or distribute any Personal Information about you or any other individual traveler. The name, address, and phone number you provide may be used for marketing or quality assurance purposes for the benefit of OneUs Travels. You will receive an email confirmation whenever you raise an inquiry on www.oneustravels.com, but you will not receive unsolicited emails as a result of making an inquiry on our site.

To enhance your reservation planning experience, we may use cookies to temporarily remember your travel dates and preferences during each visit to our Site. Cookies also help us track frequently visited pages, aiding us in improving the site for your benefit. Indemnification

Legal Jurisdiction
If you choose to visit our Sites, your visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Policy and the application of the laws of the Union of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to the use of our Sites shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
