1. Booking & Reservation
All bookings and tour packages offered on our website are subject to availability. To secure a booking, you must provide accurate traveler details and pay the required deposit. A booking is only considered confirmed once One Us Travels issues a formal confirmation email or receipt.
2. Payments & Pricing
Pricing for packages, flights, hotels, and visas is calculated based on current rates and exchange tariffs. Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Full payment for packages or services must be settled as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay balance dues on time may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must submit a written request to sales@oneustravels.com. Cancellation charges will apply depending on the timing of your cancellation relative to the departure date and the individual rules of airlines, hotels, and local operators. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment source within 7-14 business days after standard deductions.
4. Travel Documents & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from the return date) and appropriate visas, health certificates, and travel insurance. One Us Travels assists with visa processing services but does not guarantee the issuance of visas, which remains under the absolute jurisdiction of foreign embassies.
5. Limitation of Liability
One Us Travels acts solely as an intermediary agent between travelers and service providers (including airlines, hotels, transportation partners, and local guides). We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, monetary loss, delays, flight cancellations, changes in itinerary, or accidents caused by negligence, default, or insolvency of third-party suppliers, or due to force majeure events (such as weather conditions, acts of God, or political instability).
6. User Conduct & Obligations
Travelers agree to respect the local laws, regulations, and customs of the destinations visited. Any illegal behavior, misconduct, or actions that cause damage to property or distress to other travelers may lead to immediate termination of services, without any refund or compensation.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, website usage, or travel bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
8. Changes to Terms
One Us Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
